- Request for Proposal (RFP) coordination – facilities, hotels and event service providers
- Bid preparation, distribution, and presentation among partners
- Site inspection coordination
- Volunteer coordination
- Liaison between event rights holder, sports facilities, hotels, and community leaders
- Press and media coordination to assist with event promotion and awareness
- Santa Clarita destination information such as maps, brochures, travel guides
- Listing and event information online at VisitSantaClarita.com
- Coordination of pre- and post-event tours
- Additional assistance as needed
For those events with a significant economic impact to the local economy, or those that help promote Santa Clarita to audiences outside of the community, financial incentives may be offered.
